Sydney Youth Orchestra Big Sky Tour

Sydney Youth Orchestra's 'Meet The Orchestra' concerts are interactive performances which allow students to experience snippets of orchestral repertoire, learn more about the different instrumental families and maybe even have a go conducting the orchestra! Experience the unique sound of SYO's 65 piece touring orchestra, under the baton of Benjamin Northey (Chief Conductor - Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, Principal Conductor - Melbourne Symphony Orchestra). The concert runs for 45 minutes, with some time for Q&A and the opportunity to meet the musicians and try your hand at playing some of the different instruments at the end of the performance.

Students will walk down to the Civic Centre and back to school after the performance is finished.
