International Day of People with Disability

International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) is held on 3 December each year to recognise the contributions and achievements of the 4.4 million Australians with a disability, both visible and invisible. The day aims to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability.

At Willyama the SRC celebrates this event on this Friday 1st December by hosting a boccia game in the hall and running a sausage sizzle at lunch time.

All funds That were raised will be donated to the IDPwD foundation.
